Aaron E. Wolf

As President of Fleming-west Building Company, Mr. Wolf represents the second generation of his family to work in the construction industry.

He began his construction career over a seven year period
by working on field crews, performing concrete, carpentry and steel erection.

Thereafter, Mr. Wolf worked four years with dozens of general contracting companies, both start-ups and well established businesses, as a Territory Manager for Butler Manufacturing Company.

Since 2002, Mr.Wolf has assisted Fleming-west clients with all phases of budget development, designing and building of their projects.

Ronnie E. Schmitz

As Operations Manager of Fleming West Building Company, Mr. Schmitz is responsible for execution of all construction services.

Mr. Schmitz has over 15 years experience in the construction industry that began with Butler Manufacturing Company in 1993. Most recently he served as vice president of a general contractor as well as the managing partner of a development company.

He also spends a tremendous amount of time in volunteer and fund raising projects. Mr. Schmitz created and chairs a golf tournament for a children’s special needs school as well as coaching many youth sports programs and he also took the time to be on the leadership team for Project 419 an Extreme Home Makeover project in Jackson, MS in 2007.

Thomas R. Davis

Mr. Davis, a licensed Arizona contractor and a registered
professional engineer, brings to Fleming-west more than 30 years of experience as a business consultant, senior management executive and investor in construction, manufacturing and development companies.

As a partner with Mr.Wolf, he helped spearhead the development of a network of seven, full-service construction companies and a marketing/advertising firm with annual sales that exceed $100 million per year.

He has been honored repeatedly for his service to civic, business and both national and state educational organizations.

Robert L. Wolf

As a partner in Fleming West, Mr.Wolf brings 35 years experience in developing a multi-state network of full-service construction companies credited with more than $1-billion worth of construction projects.

This visionary entrepreneur has earned numerous business and civic awards throughout a successful career in developing construction companies that have served industrial, commercial, institutional and government clients in the Midwest.

He is an acknowledged expert in design/build, general contracting and construction management services.
